We completed a new three-story modular school in Prague’s Zličín district. The building was constructed in three months using a combination of 21 modules, covering a total area of 211 m².
The building features three spacious classrooms, teachers’ offices, locker rooms, and complete restroom facilities. The two-story design allowed for efficient use of the built-up area while maintaining the building’s pleasant proportions.
A distinctive feature of the building is the facade cladding, which combines natural wood with modern Alubond panels.
From a technical standpoint, the building was designed with thermal comfort and energy efficiency in mind. Heating is provided by direct-heating panels, which allow for rapid temperature control in individual rooms. To ensure thermal comfort and high-quality insulation, PIR panels were used, which meet stringent requirements for thermal insulation properties.
