WAREX is a space system
We produce residential and sanitary containers, build modular buildings, design and implement steel halls and other steel structures and produce swap bodies for combined transport. You can also rent building containers from us. We approach each order individually, according to the needs and wishes of our customer, which is why we deal with the whole system of space.
During the course of our existence, we have produced more than 62,000 residential and sanitary containers and implemented more than 500 industrial and civil buildings.
We have been on the market for 30 years. This means we have a lot of experience, have completed many projects and have clear know-how. However, we are not resting on our laurels – we are a modern and dynamic company. We are adding new segments to production, expanding the scope of our services and we are able to adapt.
The results of our work have also ranked us among the top 100 companies in the Czech Republic.
All production takes place in the Czech Republic, and our production plant can be found in Javorník.
Tradition and experience
The production and development of our residential containers began in 1991. Based on our experience with modular houses and steel structures, we added the production of swap bodies in 2018.
In-house research and development
Our products are designed by our own R&D department using the latest technology and materials. However, our greatest inspiration is the needs of our customers.
Modern production in the Czech Republic
We rely on our own production and our great team of workers. Our production plant in Javorník was expanded in 2010, and in 2015 we began renting another production plant in Jeseník to further expand our production capacity. At the beginning of 2021, all production was relocated to the production plant in Javorník.
On the market for 30 years

1991
WAREX spol. s r.o. was founded.
1992
Production of residential containers began at our own production plant in Supíkovice.
1996
We started production of prefabricated houses in our own production plant in Kunovice.
2000
Production of steel structures started in the HARD Jeseník rented production plant.
2004
The Kunovice production plant was sold.
2007
The Supíkovice production plant was sold to a foreign company.
2008
We opened a newly reconstructed production plant in Javorník.
2008
We started production of steel structures in Javorník.
2015
The production capacity of residential containers was expanded thanks to a rented production plant in Jeseník.
2018
The production of swap bodies in the production plant in Javorník began.
2019
The production of weldments for coal mine shearers in Javorník.
2021
We moved the WAREX Jeseník plant to Javorník with all modular assembly activities.
2022
Expanding the production area Javorník to more than 47,000 m2.
2023
Installation of a photovoltaic power plant at the production plant.
