• Vinyl flooring that is highly durable, easy to maintain, and pleasant to the touch.
Technology for health and thermal comfort
Forget the myths about “metal prefab units.” This addition is at the cutting edge of technology:
Underfloor heating:
Ensures even warmth from the feet up, which is crucial in an environment where children play mostly on the floor.
Air conditioning with heat recovery:
A constant supply of fresh air without the need to open windows (and lose heat) ensures an ideal microclimate for concentration and sleep.
Aesthetics and Sustainability
From the outside, you would hardly guess the building’s modular origin. The facade consists of an external insulation composite system, which gives the building the appearance of a traditional structure while significantly reducing costs.
The icing on the cake—literally—is the green roof. It serves several purposes:
1. Thermoregulation: It naturally cools the building in summer and insulates it in winter.
2. Water retention: It retains rainwater in the landscape.
