Expansion of kindergarten capacity: new building made of residential modules

Place of construction: Czechia | Type: | Year: 2025

We have successfully expanded the capacity of the kindergarten thanks to modern modular construction. The new building consists of 13 residential modules, which provide children and staff with a comfortable, functional, and inspiring environment for everyday activities.

Layout and equipment

The newly built part of the nursery includes:

a spacious playroom where children can play and learn,

 a dining area

 changing rooms and sanitary facilities

 storage rooms for operational needs.

The playroom floor is covered with durable vinyl, which is ideal due to its easy maintenance and long service life.

Energy solution

“Heating is provided by a modern air-to-air heat pump, which creates a pleasant indoor climate while significantly promoting energy efficiency and long-term sustainability of operation.”

Appearance and facade

The facade of the building is designed as a contact insulation system supplemented with partial cladding of Cetris boards. This gives the building a modern look and allows it to blend harmoniously into its surroundings.

This project is another example of how modular construction can offer a fast, efficient, and aesthetic solution that meets the demands of today’s school environment.
