For the operation of a parking facility, we delivered a modular operational building complemented by entrance canopies.
The key feature of the building is a spacious glazed area, providing staff with a clear overview and direct view of the parking area. The large glazed surfaces also allow plenty of natural daylight into the interior, creating a pleasant working environment.
The interior facilities also include a kitchenette and sanitary facilities, including an accessible toilet. The building therefore combines a comfortable working area with all the necessary operational and sanitary facilities.
The solution is complemented by outdoor entrance canopies, which are functionally and visually integrated with the main modular building.
This project is another example of how modular construction can be used for specific operational purposes. The layout, glazing, equipment and overall design can be adapted to the intended use and individual requirements of each customer.
