Expanding the capacity of a nursery school: a new modular building
As part of our latest project, we participated in expanding the capacity of a nursery school using modular construction. The new building consists of 13 residential modules and provides modern and functional facilities for children and staff.
Layout and equipment
The newly built part of the kindergarten includes:
✅ a spacious playroom where children can play and learn,
✅ a dining area,
✅ changing rooms and sanitary facilities,
✅ storage rooms for operational needs.
The playroom floor is covered with durable vinyl, which is ideal due to its easy maintenance and long service life.
Energy solution
Heating is provided by an air-to-air heat pump, which ensures a comfortable environment while contributing to energy efficiency and sustainability.
Appearance and facade
The facade of the building is designed as a contact insulation system supplemented with partial cladding of Cetris boards. This gives the building a modern look and allows it to blend harmoniously into its surroundings.
This project is another example of how modular construction can offer a fast, efficient, and aesthetic solution that meets the demands of today’s school environment.
