The primary and nursery school, consisting of residential and social modules, covered the capacity need to house all preschool children in Erlangen.
The building met all the required fire and energy solutions, has 2 escape stair towers, is connected to hot water heating, equipment of the set and interior elements tailored to the requirements of the investor.
